From the inside of the Peghead brace, measure 27 3/8 inches.  Make a square mark.  This is the position of the back brace.  Repeat on other side.

Mark and remove excess.

Glue back brace in the same manner you glued the Peghead brace.  Let dry a few hours.

Glue the Center brace in position.
